To our valued business partners:

Yesterday the government of Ontario announced forced closures of all non-essential businesses. An extensive list of essential businesses followed which included, but not limited to; Manufacturers, hardware stores, electricians and their supply chains. Liteline is deemed an essential business and will not be closing. We will remain open to support our supply chain and provide essential light for people to safely see indoors and at night safely.

Liteline is actively taking many social distancing measures including:

• Work from home policy for all our office personnel. This work from home policy should appear seamless, as our team members are connected through usual email and phone numbers.
• Our team will continue to be able to quote and process orders as normal during standard hours of operation which remain 8:30AM – 5:00PM EST.
• Our sales reps are working from home, they are all available by phone, text, email.
• We have closed our Richmond Hill pick-up counter for the time being. We are not allowing outside visitors.
• Our warehouse and production employees are washing hands upon entry and regularly throughout the day as well as physically distancing themselves from each other.

Helping where we can:

Liteline will be donating a portion of our sales to purchase equipment for health care networks locally, and across North America. We have committed to donating at least, 10,000 masks, 10,000 sets of gloves and 15,000 bottles of hand sanitizer.
